Otala.Markets partners with Luma for pricing platform

Otala.Markets, a specialist investment bank with over a decade of experience in creating and developing structured investment products, has announced a strategic collaboration with Luma Financial Technologies, a global provider of technology for structured products and alternative investments.

The partnership marks a pivotal moment in Otala’s transformation into a scalable FinTech investment platform. By integrating technology, digital distribution, and strategic partnerships, the firm aims to achieve sustainable growth and enhance scalability across its operations.

As part of the collaboration, Luma will provide the user interface for Otala’s new proprietary pricing platform. This integration will enable Otala clients to price new products, track existing investments, and gain real-time insight into product performance. The system will also allow users to generate detailed portfolio reports, streamlining workflow and enhancing operational transparency. In return, Luma users will gain access to automated pricing directly from Otala.

This partnership forms part of Otala’s broader strategy to develop white-label partnerships with FinTech platforms and enable API-based distribution for asset managers. The firm also aims to build a robust issuance programme spanning debt and bonds, positioning itself as a leading tech-enabled investment infrastructure provider in the structured investment market.
