Droit has appointed industry veteran Jean-Marie Mamodesen as regional sales director for Continental Europe.
Based in London, he will spearhead growth across key EU markets as demand intensifies for regulatory technology solutions.
The company develops technology that interprets and applies complex regulatory rulesets to financial institutions’ operational requirements. Its Adept platform supports decision-making, trade and transaction reporting, and compliance automation—enabling firms to manage rule changes accurately and confidently.
Mamodesen joins Droit with more than two decades of experience in regulatory reporting, sales and leadership roles. His new remit will focus on driving market expansion, deepening relationships with EU financial institutions, and strengthening the firm’s presence during a period of heightened regulatory change.
He previously served as managing director and head of European sales at Kaizen, and earlier held roles including head of sales regulatory services at Deutsche Börse, head of sales at Xtrakter within Euroclear, client service positions at the International Capital Markets Association, and technical analyst roles at ISMA.
Droit’s appointment of Mamodesen arrives as global financial institutions face complex updates to reporting frameworks. Its Trade and Transaction Reporting solution, underpinned by the patented Adept engine, is positioned to offer transparency, precision and validation amid rapidly evolving compliance expectations.
