Ortec Finance, a global provider of technology and solutions for risk and return management, has appointed Jelmer Brons as its new chief commercial officer.
Founded in 1982 by experts in econometrics and technology, Ortec Finance offers tools and insights that help clients model uncertainty, monitor investment objectives and improve decision-making. The firm supports over 600 clients across more than 20 countries, operating from offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, London, Toronto, Zürich, Melbourne, Singapore and New York.
In his new role, Brons will lead Ortec Finance’s commercial strategy. Bringing extensive experience from leadership positions, including his most recent role as head of European sales for Risk Solutions at S&P Global, he is expected to support the company’s international expansion and strengthen its commercial operations.
