The collaboration aims to embed intelligent insights and personalised financial tools into Meridian’s upgraded advice experience, OnYourWay, helping Members feel more confident about managing their money in a challenging economic environment.
Meridian oversees banking and lending services for personal and small business customers, offering day-to-day banking, mortgages, savings, investments and credit solutions. The institution has prioritised digital innovation as Member expectations evolve.
Personetics specialises in AI-driven banking solutions that provide predictive analysis, personalised recommendations and contextual financial guidance. Its cognitive banking software is used by financial institutions globally to support proactive, data-driven customer engagement.
With Personetics technology integrated into the OnYourWay experience, Meridian is elevating its mobile banking app into a platform for smart money management. Research cited by the credit union highlights that 84% of consumers would consider switching banks to gain access to personalised financial tools, reflecting rising demand for advanced digital banking capabilities.
The new experience is now live and offers a modern, intuitive interface for both desktop and mobile. Using enhanced data and AI, the platform delivers actionable insights, personalised offers, proactive alerts and budgeting tools. Small business owners are also able to use a dedicated feature set designed to track spending and support financial planning. Meridian is among the first institutions to implement Personetics’ next-generation UI/UX framework, providing a unified experience across channels.
