Axiom GRC and AssurancePoint have confirmed an acquisition designed to accelerate Axiom GRC’s expansion across the U.S. cyber compliance and assurance market.
The acquisition supports Axiom GRC’s strategy to deepen its footprint in North America and broaden its end-to-end GRC offering.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Atlanta, AssurancePoint has rapidly positioned itself as a trusted partner for organisations navigating complex IT assurance requirements, including SOC and ISO frameworks. As part of the transaction, AssurancePoint will integrate with IS Partners, Axiom GRC’s U.S. platform, enabling the combined business to scale assurance capabilities and deliver a more comprehensive compliance proposition to customers.
Axiom GRC delivers a combination of compliance software, advisory services and audit support, helping organisations manage regulatory obligations and operational risk through a unified approach. The group’s platform is designed to support businesses at different stages of compliance maturity, offering consultancy-led expertise alongside scalable technology solutions.
AssurancePoint focuses on technology-enabled audit and advisory services, specialising in SOC and ISO audits for mid-sized organisations seeking to meet growing customer, regulatory and security expectations. Its audit-led model and recurring performance have contributed to rapid growth since launch, particularly within the U.S. market.
This transaction represents Axiom GRC’s second acquisition in the United States and further underlines its ambition to deliver a turnkey compliance solution that spans consultancy, software and audit. The group is targeting sustained growth in global GRC markets, where regulatory pressure and cyber risk continue to intensify for organisations of all sizes.
Axiom GRC provides software and services to more than 30,000 clients worldwide, supported by over 1,500 specialists across the United Kingdom, United States, Europe and Israel. The integration of AssurancePoint into IS Partners is expected to strengthen the group’s assurance offering while enhancing its ability to serve U.S.-based clients with locally embedded expertise.
