The partnership brings Shaping Wealth’s behavioural coaching directly into Focal’s AI-powered meeting workflow platform. Through the integration, advisors and teams can access structured and actionable insights across all client conversations, designed to improve the quality of discussions, support advisor development and enhance long-term client outcomes.
While AI meeting assistants are increasingly common among wealth managers, Focal said many existing tools stop short of improving advisor performance. By embedding Shaping Wealth’s behavioural framework into its platform, Focal is extending beyond note-taking and meeting preparation. Research-guided AI agents are now built directly into advisor workflows, delivering real-time, behaviour-based personalised coaching for individual advisors alongside team-level insights for management.
The integration is designed to help advisors prospect more effectively, improve conversion of AUM among existing clients and build deeper trust by asking better, more scenario-specific questions. For management teams, the solution offers centralised visibility into performance across advisor teams, including trend analysis, sentiment tracking and targeted insights into in-meeting talking points to support more consistent coaching and improved results.
By analysing behavioural patterns across meetings, leadership teams can identify what differentiates top-performing advisors, uncover coaching opportunities at scale and better align training initiatives with client needs.
