Klear.ai, a provider of next-generation underwriting solutions, has announced the appointment of Logan Thompson as its new CFO, as the company continues to scale its platform and expand its customer footprint.
In his new role, Thompson will be responsible for leading Klear.ai’s overall financial strategy and overseeing day-to-day financial operations, according to FF News.
His remit includes strengthening financial governance, building scalable processes and ensuring the company has the discipline and insight required to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation as it enters its next phase of expansion.
Thompson brings nearly two decades of strategic finance leadership experience across SaaS, healthcare and professional services organisations. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with founder-led and private equity–backed businesses, supporting them through periods of rapid growth, operational complexity and organisational change. His background combines financial rigour with an operator mindset, positioning him to partner closely with Klear.ai’s leadership team.
Beyond his core finance expertise, Thompson is recognised for helping businesses build durable financial infrastructure that supports informed decision-making and long-term scalability. His appointment further bolsters Klear.ai’s executive bench as the company continues to invest in innovation, platform development and improved customer outcomes.
