GReminders survey: AI boosting advisor productivity

GReminders, a meeting and automation management platform for financial advisors, has published the results of its latest engagement survey, revealing significant productivity gains among advisors using its AI-powered tools.

The survey, conducted between December 2025 and January 2026 with 241 respondents, found that 70% of advisors reported measurable productivity gains within three months of implementing the platform.

More than 88% said automation directly saved them time, while over 65% indicated the technology had increased their client capacity — allowing firms to serve more clients without expanding headcount. Nearly all respondents (95%) identified customisation as critical or very important to successful adoption.

GReminders offers an end-to-end meeting and automation management platform designed specifically for financial advisors. The platform supports more timely communications, personalised client interactions and expanded capacity to serve clients, helping advisory teams operate more consistently.

The company has grown to support over 5,000 users across more than 1,000 financial institutions, including major enterprises such as Osaic and a wide range of independent advisory firms.

GReminders founder and CEO Arnulf Hsu said, “While the immediate benefits of automation—such as time savings and productivity—are clear, what’s most exciting is how advisors are using that additional bandwidth to deepen client relationships and grow their practices. The survey confirms that AI-powered automation isn’t just another tool in the tech stack, it’s becoming the invisible infrastructure that supports how advisors deliver value, build trust and enhance the client experience.”
