Danmarks Nationalbank, Denmark’s central bank, has selected Nordic software and services firm Tieto to deliver an Electronic Case and Document Management System (ECDMS) built on the Public 360° platform.
The deal is designed to support structured handling of cases and documents across the institution.
As Denmark’s central bank, Danmarks Nationalbank is an independent institution responsible for maintaining stable prices, secure payments, and a stable financial system. The bank employs several hundred people and oversees a wide range of administrative and operational processes.
Tieto will deliver the solution through its Indtech business area. Public 360° is a configurable, SaaS-based platform built to support case handling, document management, structured workflows, and consistent information governance across an organisation. The implementation will include integration with the bank’s existing IT environment and collaboration platforms, alongside data migration, consulting services, and user training.
The agreement further strengthens Tieto’s position across the Nordic region. The company already delivers comparable solutions to central banks in Norway and Sweden.
Tieto Denmark head of sales Denmark, Public 360° Leif Storgaard said, “With this agreement, we continue to expand our footprint across the Nordic central banks, delivering structured information management.”
