Hopae, a global digital identity infrastructure platform, has formed a strategic partnership with IDENTT, a prominent player in Poland’s identity verification market, to bring government-backed eID verification into anti-money laundering (AML)-regulated onboarding workflows.
The collaboration connects IDENTT’s existing AML-compliant onboarding capabilities and eIDAS 2.0 expertise with Hopae Connect, Hopae’s interoperability layer, which provides access to national eID schemes and digital identity wallets across the world. Rather than requiring multiple separate integrations, regulated businesses will be able to access cross-border eID verification through a single integration point, streamlining onboarding journeys for customers across different jurisdictions.
IDENTT, which operates across multiple European markets from its base in Poland, brings deep local knowledge, an established client base, and a suite of advanced verification tools to the partnership. These include IDENTT Vision, its AI-powered offering, which covers document authentication, biometric face comparison, liveness detection, and screening for politically exposed persons (PEP) as well as sanctions lists.
Hopae, for its part, provides the connectivity infrastructure that bridges national eID schemes and digital identity wallets globally — giving IDENTT a route to international eID coverage as it looks to pursue opportunities in new markets over time.
The tie-up forms part of a broader push by Hopae to deepen its footprint across European markets, with the company rolling out a series of partnerships as part of this expansion drive.
