Cardless, an AI-powered financial services platform that enables brands to launch and manage co-branded card programmes, has appointed Mark Troianovski as chief business officer and Karolina Noronha as chief product officer.
The appointments follow the company’s $60m Series C funding round in 2025, which it said would support expansion beyond credit cards into debit cards, instalment loans and deposit products.
The company said the appointments support its next phase of growth as it expands existing partnerships and grow into new markets.
Troianovski joins from Coinbase, where he led consumer and platform partnerships and helped drive the company’s international expansion. During his time at Coinbase, he supported launches in markets including Brazil and India, led initiatives around prediction markets and equities, and oversaw the launch of the Coinbase One credit card, which is powered by Cardless.
In his new role, Troianovski will lead Cardless’ commercial strategy, overseeing existing brand partnerships and supporting new business development.
Noronha joins from Adyen, where she spent more than a decade building the company’s embedded payments business before serving as senior vice president of product for platforms and financial services. She led the development of embedded payments and marketplace products used by global platform businesses.
At Cardless, Noronha will oversee product strategy, including development of the company’s APIs and AI capabilities to help brands launch and manage financial products more efficiently.
Founded in 2019, Cardless provides infrastructure for co-branded card programmes and works with brands including Coinbase, Bilt, Alibaba, Qatar Airways and Avelo.
