Carpe, an AI-powered intelligence provider for the insurance industry, has rolled out Carpe Claims, a unified suite designed for what it calls the agentic era of insurance.
The launch combines ten years of the firm’s claims intelligence expertise with a fresh set of AI-native tools. Available immediately, the suite introduces three brand-new products: Carpe Case Management, Carpe Vision and Carpe AdWatch. It pairs them with significant new versions of its established flagship offerings, Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports.
According to the company, its technology is already deployed in production with most of the ten biggest property and casualty insurers in the US.
Among the new additions, Carpe Case Management offers claims and SIU teams a unified workspace, consolidating all parties, vehicles, documents and open-web intelligence connected to a claim, supported by AI that interprets files with the judgement of an experienced adjuster.
Carpe Vision applies forensic image analysis to the claims process, covering AI-generation detection, manipulation analysis and metadata verification for photos and documents that often determine claim outcomes.
Meanwhile, Carpe AdWatch monitors attorney advertising and litigation marketing across different markets, helping insurers spot emerging litigation trends affecting their portfolios early.
The refreshed versions of Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports have been engineered around changing carrier behaviour. Both products now offer fully headless operation, native Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration and complete agentic interactivity, meaning an insurer’s own AI systems can commission investigations, track claimants, interrogate findings and distribute results without any human involvement. These same features underpin Minerva, the firm’s commercial underwriting product, providing a single intelligence layer spanning the entire policy lifecycle.
The company also highlighted its distinctive delivery model, with a forward deployed team embedded within carrier claims organisations to integrate its products into live workflows, and solutions built to run inside the insurer’s own environment.
Carpe CEO Max Drucker said, “We spent ten years building the deepest view of claims activity on the open web. Now we’ve given it hands.
“Carpe Claims is the result of a decade of data teaming up with AI that can actually do the work to monitor, investigate, verify, and act inside the systems carriers run today. Our customers are already operating in the agentic era most are still preparing for.”
