SEON, the AI command centre for fraud prevention and AML compliance, has promoted Donna Fowler to the role of chief people officer.
Fowler steps up from her previous position as senior vice president of global people and talent. Her elevation comes as the company’s workforce has expanded beyond 400 staff spread across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.
During her time with the business, Fowler assembled a worldwide people function and bolstered SEON’s learning and development offering, supporting the recruitment and retention of professionals spanning engineering, product, sales, marketing and operations amid a period of rapid scaling.
She was also the architect of SEON’s core values, introducing the LOV-E (Living Our Values) programme to weave those principles into the daily working practices of employees in every region.
Prior to arriving at SEON, Fowler occupied people and HR leadership positions at Beyond Identity, Silverline, Citi and Lehman Brothers. She also earned a certificate in HR Studies from Cornell University’s ILR School.
