Antom, the merchant payments and digitisation business of Ant International, has appointed three senior executives from Indonesian payments FinTech DOKU to key Southeast Asian leadership roles as it moves to unify its regional payments infrastructure and develop AI-native solutions for merchants.
Nabilah Alsagoff, who co-founded DOKU and previously served as its chief operating officer, has been appointed head of product for Antom Southeast Asia.
She will lead product development and innovation across the region, including the creation of a unified product roadmap as Antom works to bring its payments capabilities and brands closer together.
Chris Yeo, who was previously CEO of DOKU, has been appointed head of Antom Philippines and country head of 2C2P Philippines. Yeo will oversee Antom’s Philippines operations and strategic partnerships with local businesses, building on previous roles at DOKU, Grab and PayPal.
Himelda Renuat, another DOKU co-founder and its former chief marketing officer, has become CEO of DOKU and head of Antom Indonesia. The appointments come as Antom continues to integrate DOKU and 2C2P into its Southeast Asian operations following strategic investments in both businesses.
The company is aiming to give merchants across the region access to a more unified stack of payment and digitisation tools, including AI-native capabilities, rather than relying on separate solutions across different brands.
Antom provides payment and merchant digitisation services globally, with its infrastructure giving businesses access to more than 300 payment methods across over 200 markets and more than 140 currencies.
Antom SEA head and 2C2P Group CEO Worachat Luxkanalode said, “Strengthening our regional leadership creates the unified synergy needed to navigate the AI era.”
