Revolut, the worldwide financial platform serving more than 80 million customers, has broadened its RevPoints loyalty scheme so that users can now move their points into hotel rewards programmes directly within the app.
Under the update, RevPoints can be converted into loyalty points with ALL Accor, I Prefer Hotel Rewards, Radisson Rewards and Wyndham Rewards. Together these schemes cover more than 20,000 properties around the world, and the transfers come at no additional cost to the customer.
The aim is to let routine purchases, such as a coffee on the way to work or the weekly food shop, contribute towards future trips. Once converted, the points can help cover the cost of travel, opening up options including free nights, upgraded rooms, meals and specially selected experiences.
Customers planning a trip have two main routes. They can send RevPoints to a partner hotel scheme to access that brand’s own rewards across its global portfolio. Alternatively, they can reserve accommodation through Revolut Stays in the app, which offers more than 3.6 million properties worldwide and lets users collect up to 10 times the usual RevPoints on bookings.
The hotel partnerships join a wider set of travel-focused perks within RevPoints, which also covers flight transfers, airport rewards and global connectivity. Beyond hotels, points can be exchanged for airline miles, eSIM data, airport Fast Track passes, lounge access and one-off experiences, among other options.
Revolut general manager of lifestyle products Christopher Guttridge said, “By expanding our RevPoints portfolio to include some of the UK’s best-loved global hotels, we’re turning everyday spending into premium travel rewards at no extra cost. From airport lounge access and global eSIMs to airport Fast Track and hotel stays, RevPoints helps customers unlock more value from the money they already spend.”
