FintechOS, a financial technology provider focused on product operations, has appointed JP Owens (pictured) as president of North America after reporting 130% revenue growth in the US over the past year.
Owens will lead the company’s growth strategy across the US and Canada, overseeing sales, partnerships, market development, go-to-market strategy and client success. His initial focus will be expanding FintechOS’s presence among banks, credit unions, insurers and wealth management firms.
The appointment comes as FintechOS reports reaching profitability and achieving 40% year-on-year growth in recurring revenue globally. The US has become its fastest-growing market, increasing the importance of its North American expansion plans.
Owens joins from Coastal, a Salesforce Summit partner and TCS company, where he served as chief growth officer. He led strategy across sales, marketing, alliances and business development, while establishing and running the firm’s financial services practice. His work focused on helping banks, credit unions, wealth managers and insurers modernise customer experiences and make greater use of Salesforce, data and artificial intelligence.
Previously, Owens was managing director of Silverline’s Banking and Lending practice, where he was responsible for market development, senior client relationships and transformation programmes for financial institutions. He also served as director of digital product experience at First Financial Bank, leading enterprise Salesforce and nCino projects and contributing to several mergers and acquisitions.
FintechOS provides technology for financial services organisations seeking to develop products and modernise operations. Its Unified Product Operations approach connects stages across the product lifecycle, including design, launch, pricing, origination and servicing. The company aims to reduce fragmentation caused by disconnected systems and complex processes, enabling institutions to manage products more efficiently without undertaking a complete replacement of their core infrastructure.
Owens also serves on the Salesforce Financial Services Partner Advisory Board and speaks on financial services growth, customer intelligence, data modernisation and AI.
The company is also preparing to showcase its latest platform developments at PhoenixWorx RISE!2026 in November, where it will act as a Platinum Sponsor. FintechOS plans to present FintechOS Blue Sky alongside clients using PhoenixWorx core, including F3 and Farmers Bank of Willard.
FintechOS CEO and co-founder Teo Blidarus said, “JP has seen this problem from every angle: inside a bank, across the table as an advisor, and at the front of a growth organisation. That matters. We’re scaling in a market where institutions need to modernize product operations at pace, and JP understands how those decisions actually get made.”
FintechOS president, North America JP Owens added, “Financial institutions are being asked to move faster, personalize more, and put AI to work inside complex legacy environments. FintechOS lets institutions modernize product operations without forcing them into a multi-year replacement of their core systems. That’s a rare thing to be able to offer, and it’s why I’m here.”
