Alltius, a prominent leader in enterprise conversational AI assistants, has recently launched its new Gen AI suite designed specifically for financial services sales and customer support.

This innovative platform, rooted in extensive research from Carnegie Mellon University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, aims to revolutionise customer and employee experiences through highly accurate and proficient AI assistants.

These AI assistants are tailored for sales, support, product discovery, and self-service functions, featuring enhanced security measures and deep financial domain expertise while adhering to stringent information security requirements.

The new product suite includes several key components. One of these is the In-Product Assist, a self-service copilot that automates customer interactions and provides instant support around the clock, achieving 99% accuracy for a wide range of customer queries. This component allows financial institutions to deflect 60-95% of incoming tickets and significantly reduce customer wait times.

Another component, Sales Assist, is a specialised AI assistant for sales representatives. It enhances sales productivity by handling repetitive tasks, accelerating agent training through tailored coaching, and boosting sales conversion rates threefold within a few months through personalised and need-based pitches.

On top of this, the offering’s Support Agent Assist offers tools for support agents that can handle 99% of routine queries, allowing teams to focus on more complex issues. This results in a productivity increase of over 20% within a month and includes features like automatic CRM updates, pre-drafted support responses, and tailored onboarding assistance.

The suite also includes Website Assist, an AI copilot for websites that enhances traffic conversion rates by guiding visitors to the correct information and helping them find the best plans or services based on their needs.

Several leading financial institutions, including Assurance IQ, have partnered with Alltius to enhance their contact centre experiences. Using Alltius’ Sales Assistants, Assurance IQ was able to reduce the time required to train new agents from six months to two months. Nick Howard, CTO of Assurance IQ, praised the platform, stating, “One of the best [platforms] we have seen in the market. Also, they are one of the best teams we have worked with among our vendors after trying this ourselves for 2 years,”

Sanjay Nath, a partner at Blume Ventures and an experienced SaaS investor, commented, “Vibhanshu and the Altius team were hyper focused to build out wide ranging use cases across sales, customer support and customer success from day 1 and go after massive markets. Accruing value in the current generative AI cycle, which we are currently witnessing, hinges on the ability to have the focus to build feature sets that solve these use cases end to end and we see Altius to be on the best path to do that.”

Klarna has reported significant cost savings using GenAI support chatbots, and Alltius has achieved similar results for several large financial institutions and fintech companies, saving them over $4m.

Their insurance-focused sales assistant has reduced training time for insurance agents from six months to two months and increased sales volumes by over 30% for major carriers and brokerages.

Vibs Abhishek, CEO of Alltius, added, “Alltius is dedicated to revolutionising the sales and customer support journeys with our advanced AI assistants. Our partnership with leading financial institutions provides the proof of transformative impact AI can have on customer support and across other teams.”
