The company was awarded the Diamond Award at this year’s ITC DIA Europe event in Amsterdam.

This accolade was given for their collaborative work with Van Ameyde, a global claims and risk management company, during a Deep Dive session titled “Leveraging Generative AI in Claims”.

The presentation showcased how intelligent automation and generative AI can revolutionise claims processing.

Marco Valkenburg, a Van Ameyde veteran of over 20 years, remarked, “We do not claim the Diamond Award for ourselves, but, rather, for our clients. The presentation highlighted the seamless integration of Simplifai’s AI capabilities with Van Ameyde’s existing claims handling platform, ECHO. By leveraging AI, the collaboration aims to enhance the speed and accuracy of claims processing, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

Erik Leung, Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at Simplifai, emphasized the significance of this collaboration, “We aimed to provide users at ITC DIA with a new way of processing claims.
