Thredd, the global next-generation payments platform, has announced that Brian Kieley has joined the organisation as chief client officer, effective immediately.

Kieley will spearhead the client success function globally, overseeing teams across the UK, Europe, APAC, and US regions.

Thredd, renowned for its cutting-edge payments solutions, aims to enhance its client services with the addition of Kieley.

The company provides innovative payment technologies that cater to various financial sectors, including B2B payments, BNPL, cross-border payouts, and digital banking.

Kieley brings over 25 years of experience in the payments industry, having held senior executive roles at prominent organisations such as Visa, Marqeta, and Worldpay.

At Visa, he spent 15 years leading card programme management, and at Marqeta, he was instrumental in advancing their card programme initiatives.

Kieley also led his own customer service consultancy, showcasing his expertise in client operations, implementations, and business process improvements across diverse, large-scale teams.
