Approveit secures $1m in funding to enhance its payment automation software

Approveit, an operations and automation platform for businesses, has successfully raised $1m.

This financial boost was supported by investors such as 10vc, Verras Capital, Telegraph Hills Capital, along with numerous other partners and angel investors, according to a report from Tech.eu.

Approveit is renowned for integrating a company’s existing messengers and task managers, enhancing transparency and control over finances, auditing, reporting, and other essential business processes.

Approveit offers a comprehensive solution aimed at reducing the time needed for approvals while ensuring rigorous control over various business functions. By integrating seamlessly with existing systems, the platform facilitates better financial and operational oversight, thereby curtailing delays and errors inherent in managing multi-system workflows.

The new funds will be directed towards attracting new clients, advancing the technology of the platform, and aiming to achieve $1m in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by March 2025.

Serge Gusev, CEO and co-founder of Approveit, shared insights into the company’s expanding vision, prompted by client interactions. “As we engaged with more clients, we discovered they were applying our platform brilliantly — managing internal audits, HR operations, and even strategic decision-making processes.

“This revelation expanded our vision of Approveit’s potential and deepened our understanding of diverse industry needs. Seeing the variety of use cases has been exhilarating. It’s a testament to the importance of listening to our customers, adapting to their needs, and continuously pushing the boundaries of our technology.

“We are going to spend new funding to attract new clients, enhance our technology platform and achieve $1M ARR by March of 2025.”
