The company has brought in key hires to lead the Swedish office. Jon Petursson and Wilhelm Westerstad, both of whom have over two decades of experience in the specialty insurance sector, will join the firm after leaving their roles at WTW.
These two industry veterans have been instrumental in building specialty-focused business portfolios in the Nordics.
McGill and Partners aims to use this expansion to provide specialised broking services tailored to the needs of Nordic clients and trading partners.
This new office will enhance its ability to offer innovative insurance and reinsurance solutions across Europe, while strengthening its relationships with its global clientele.
