United Claim Solutions (UCS) has acquired healthcare payment integrity platform solution Zebu Compliance Solutions for an undisclosed amount.
Through the acquisition, UCS hopes to extend its product offerings into new customer segments. It will also provide Zebu with additional resources and capabilities to bolster its products and increase its customer base.

Offerings include cash flow management, primary PPO management, bill edit, audit and review, data analysis and an evanced savings program.
UCS is a portfolio company of Great Point Partners, a healthcare investment firm which is currently deploying its $215m fund II.
Great Point Partners managing director Noah Rhodes said, “The addition of Zebu provides UCS with added scale and access to over 1,000 new customers. Zebu’s technology, knowledge base and product suite will help UCS continue to improve its payment integrity solutions.”
