Global InsurTech bolttech, a leading provider of digital device protection solutions, has partnered with Globe to launch Flagship Forever, a device upgrade programme and the first for a telco in the Philippines.
The initiative is designed to make the latest flagship smartphones more accessible and affordable for customers, according to FF News.
The partnership enables Globe subscribers to upgrade their devices annually without pretermination fees, following the success of their previous collaboration on Gadget Xchange, a programme for easier postpaid device switching.
Flagship Forever allows customers to trade in their current device for the newest smartphone each year, including Samsung Z and S Series models and the upcoming iPhone 17. Benefits include early upgrade eligibility from the 12th month, device protection covering repairs and replacements, and flexible plans with one month free for select options and affordable add-on fees for Plans 2499 and 3799.
Globe, the Philippines’ premier mobile network operator, is known for its mobile, broadband, and digital services, while bolttech is a global InsurTech company specialising in digital device protection and insurance technology.
The programme launches this August in Globe stores nationwide and via relationship managers for Platinum subscribers, offering hassle-free upgrades and enhancing the digital lifestyle of Filipinos.
