Moniepoint, Africa’s all-in-one financial ecosystem platform, has acquired Orda Africa, a cloud-based restaurant management platform operating in Nigeria, integrating it into its Moniebook business management suite.
Orda will become part of Moniebook, Moniepoint’s all-in-one point-of-sale (POS) and business management platform, which launched its business management tools product in 2025. The integration will give restaurant owners access to Moniepoint’s broader ecosystem, including payments, bookkeeping, and credit, alongside tools to manage orders, track inventory, and pay suppliers.
Founded in 2015 by Tosin Eniolorunda and Felix Ike, Moniepoint has grown into one of Nigeria’s leading distributors of financial services and a trusted platform for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), particularly those operating in the informal sector. Its offerings span digital payments, business and personal banking, credit, cross-border payments, and business management tools.
The company counts more than 20 million active businesses and personal banking customers and processes over $250bn in digital payment transaction value annually.
Founded in 2020, Orda was built to provide Africa’s small and independent restaurants with purpose-built software to help them run more efficiently, serving businesses that had long operated without dedicated digital tools.
