IDnow joins forces with Trustfull to fight fraud

IDnow, Europe’s leading identity verification platform, and Trustfull, a specialist in frictionless fraud prevention technology, have formed a strategic partnership to deliver a more adaptive, end-to-end approach to fraud prevention that extends well beyond initial customer onboarding.

The tie-up addresses a growing gap in how businesses manage fraud risk. As fraudulent activity increases in speed, scale, and sophistication, a single point-in-time check at onboarding is no longer adequate. The partnership gives organisations continuous visibility into risk across onboarding, authentication, and every subsequent customer interaction.

At the heart of the collaboration is the IDnow Trust Platform, which offers unified access to a wide range of identity verification methods alongside market-leading fraud signals. By correlating identity, behavioural, device, and digital data in real time, the platform supports precise, risk-based decisioning at each stage of the customer journey.

This allows businesses to move away from static KYC models towards a dynamic approach in which customer profiles are continuously evaluated and updated. The platform is designed to support compliance with key regulatory frameworks including eIDAS 2.0, AMLR, and PSD3.

Trustfull contributes real-time verification of digital attributes — covering email, phone, device, IP, and browser data — enabling organisations to spot risk indicators such as disposable credentials, device spoofing, and proxy usage, all of which are frequently associated with more sophisticated fraud operations.

IDnow is Europe’s leader in digital identity and fraud prevention, offering AI-driven, SaaS-based solutions built for scalable security, adaptive compliance, and real-time fraud prevention.

IDnow VP of global partners & international sales Simon Peralta said, “The threat landscape has never been more complex as fraud can occur at any stage of the customer journey. By bringing together high-quality signals from partners like Trustfull within a single platform, we give our customers a single source of truth for risk decisions, without the complexity of managing multiple vendor relationships.”

Trustfull SVP global partnerships Alex Tonello said, “Our partnership with IDnow reflects a growing industry need for multi-layered fraud prevention, where identity verification is combined with broader digital intelligence to deliver stronger protection for businesses. We are pleased to join forces with such a leading player in the digital identity space and look forward to building powerful solutions together.”
