Cloverleaf Analytics, a business intelligence solution provider, has been selected Northern Neck Insurance Company to support its operations.
Northern Neck offers consumers a range of insurance including homeowners, dwelling, auto, renters, personal umbrella and cyber. The US-based firm has two policy administration systems which run side-by-side and needed a service that could create a common data warehouse and provide insights as it consolidate its business.
Cloverleaf offers real-time analytics and insurance-specific KPIs to help property and casualty insurers to identify trends and insights.
Northern Neck VP of agency services Rusty Spears said, “The Cloverleaf solution had the specific functionality we needed, and it was an insurance-based product.
“Many other BI and analytics products were designed for cross industry purposes and are tools that can be used by firms and companies that make random things, like electrical generators. Insurance has specific data requirements, data calculations, and definitions which are readily-available in Cloverleaf which we can now access immediately. We are so pleased to now have a BI and reporting solution that is built to dynamically adapt to changes in the insurance environment.”
Cloverleaf has refined its training tools with five new 15-minute training videos to help clients better understand the platform.
