Cybersecurity awareness startup Cyber Guru bag Series A funding

Cybersecurity awareness platform Cyber Guru has reportedly netted €3.6m in its Series A funding round.

P101 SGR, which deployed €2.1m into the company, served as the lead investor of the round, according to a report from Tech.eu. The remaining €1.5m was supplied by Adara Ventures.

The cybersecurity company was founded in 2017 by Gianni Baroni and aims to teach employees about the dangers of the online world.

Based in Italy , the startup helps improve human behaviour to avoid slipups that lead to massive data and system breaches. Its training programmes help to teach users about phishing scams and ensures teams understand NIS, NIST and GDPR compliance.
