New Zealand Stock Exchange-listed accounting software-maker Xero has landed $26.4m from US late-stage investor Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV).

Blockchain-as-a-service company Factom has extended its Series A round to more than $8m. Peeli Ventures, Harvest Equity and a number of local Austin investors joined the extended round.

California-based Dome9 Security, a provider of cloud infrastructure security solutions, has raised $16.5m in Series C funding.

Belgian InsurTech startup Qover has picked up ?5.5m in a Series A round led by Anthemis Group. The round also saw participation from existing backers Belcube and Callat?y & Wouters Ventures.

Employee financial wellness startup Neyber has picked up ?7.5m in a Series B round. The investment comes from existing backer Police Mutual as well as a former Deutsche Bank COO and Credit Suisse Investment Bank co-head.

UK specialist business lender Boost Capital has secured a ?15m credit line from US investment firm Atalaya Capital Management.

goNumerical (Coinsquare), a Canadian digital currency exchange, has closed a CAD$10.5m investment at a CAD $110.5m post-money valuation.

Indian online home rental startup NestAway Technologies has reportedly raised $50m in a fresh round of funding.

Russian FinTech marketplace for traders Finvale has picked up $500,000 in funding. Softline Seed Fund led the round in the Moscow-based startup.

Online property investment platform Holiday Crowd has raised £290,000 in a Seed round from angel investors.
