Roohi Gupta

Roohi is a seasoned banking professional with 14+ years of international experience ( India, Singapore and United Kingdom) in Wealth, Personal and Small Business banking. She brings strong expertise in cross function strategy and planning across analytics, risk, wealth products and customer channels. 

During her stint in wealth business at HSBC, she was responsible for product shelf management, commercialization initiatives and digital channel development for their Fixed Income and Brokerage business. In her current role as Head of Business Management she is responsible for organizational efficiency, strategy design and performance management including costs and headcount oversight for customer channels. She is passionate about building diverse, high performing teams while helping the business grow strategically and meeting customer needs. 

Roohi holds a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD Business School, France.  Outside of work, she is an avid reader and a cinemaphile and loves to try her hand at new skills with latest being taking lessons in Kathak, an Indian classical dance form.
