Paul joined FintechOS in 2021 and is currently Presales Director for Western Europe. His role sees him collaborating with different insurance organisations across the continent on delivering innovation, whilst offering strategies to support core modernisation.
He has spent more than 20 years in insurance technology, working with insurers, MGAs, large corporate brokers and non-financial services businesses, across a broad range of transformation projects. His experience spans P&C, Health and Life insurance, working in more than 30 different countries.
He is passionate about delivering real value and benefit. His go to phrase is “think big, start small”.
