London-based peer-to-peer (P2P) lending company Zopa has become the first in the UK market to surpass £2bn in loans. It has facilitated 300,000 loans since launching 12 years ago.

UK peer-to-peer (P2P) lender Zopa has raised £32m in a new funding round to finance the launch of its retail banking service.

Peer-to-peer lending platform Zopa is partnering with UK money management app Pariti to help users find out if they could be paying less for their debt and apply for consolidation loans directly through Pariti’s platform.
