Real estate crowdinvesting platform iFunded has raised a seven-figure pre-Series A round.
Creathor Venture is the only named investor.
The Berlin-based company aims to allow individuals to make equity investments in real estate alongside institutional investors and real estate experts.
Investments can be as little as €250 and the startup does not charge fees.
In exchange for providing funding to refurbish and develop properties investors receive interest payments on their initial loans.
iFunded recently launched and placed its first project in Central Berlin with other projects around the city now on offer.
The startup will use the capital to expand its operations and attract new users.
