Credit Peers raises ?45m in its latest funding round

UK-based P2B Credit Peers has received ?45m in its latest funding round from a European investment management firm.

Founded in 2015, the company offers a peer-to-business property lending, which aims to improve accessibility, transparency and practical benefits of property lending.

Credit Peers offers a simple process and a minimum loan value of $500.

Earlier this year the company launched its P2B platform, which offers the public property transactions previously exclusive to institutions and banks.

With the capital Credit Peers hopes to provider debt funding to experienced property investors and developers on investment grade property transactions.
