Braavo Capital raises $70m in debt and equity

Financing platform Braavo Capital has reportedly raised $70m in a new debt and equity financing round.

The investment was led by existing investor Mark 2 Capital, and also saw contributions from angel investors and family offices, according to a report by PeHub.

New York-based Braavo helps provide companies of any kind and size with flexible, affordable and on-demand financing options. The financing is automated and based on current and future revenue, with there being no equity dilution and an automated repayment system from existing revenue streams.

The company offers a weekly revenue acceleration, which provides early access to earnings from app stores and ad networks, to enable cash flow maximisation and speed up reinvestment. Braavo other finance option uses algorithms to track and analyse performance in real time, to offer the right funding the company needs.

This equity will be used to develop the company financing originations and to help its growth, it said.
