Concentra Analytics, a data solution provider, has raised £41m in growth equity led by One Peak Partners.
Other contributions to the round came from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, Joseph Schull, Connected Capital, and existing backer City Securities. Alongside the funding, former Warburg Pincus head of Europe Joseph Schull will become the chairman of Concentra’s board of directors.
Founded in 2008, Concentra creates SaaS-based data solutions to help companies capture, manage and use data to analyse and adapt their operations. Its solution is used across the financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer, industrial and automotive industries.
The company’s OrgVue solution combines organisational data held across multiple systems to help enterprises understand, design and deliver more effective operating models.
Financial services can utilise Concentra’s platform to analyse their clients, track compliance, build a target operating model and monitor benefits. Clients can also access deeper operational reports to improve decision making.
Concentra’s revenue has grown at a 112 per cent CAGR over the past four years and currently employs 170 people globally.
This funding will enable the company to expand its international footprint and increase investment to its SaaS solutions.
Concentra CEO and founder Rupert Morrison said, “Enterprises across all industries are undergoing continuous transformation and are challenged to create more effective operating models and processes to deliver their strategic goals.
“The application of innovative technology to design, transform and operate the most effective organisation is at the heart of OrgVue’s mission. We are delighted to partner up with world class investors, whose support will add immeasurable value to our growth efforts.”
The big data sub-sector of data and analytics was dominated by the North American market last year, according to data by FinTech Global. The region received 85 per cent of the total $1bn that was deployed globally over the year.
