Myanmar-based Shwe Bank has expanded its online banking service through the completion of its partnership with JMR Infotech.
JMR completed the internet and mobile banking project it had with Shwe Bank, which has helped the bank to offer new online products and services for its customers. The project was focused on enhancing and customising the Oracle FLEXCUBE Direct Banking solution for Shwe, to improve efficiency of the digital banking.
Alongside this, the company improved and upgraded Shwe’s customer experience features, including payments for DTH, mobile recharge and single-on for retail and corporate users.
Founded in 2007, JMR is a global banking and management software developer which supports financial institutions, insurers, the public sector, manufacturers and education providers, among others.
For financial institutions the company offers software for digital banking, online lending and credit lines, reporting, mobile wallets, investing, payment gateways and ATM management systems, among others.
