Setoo, a personalised insurance and protection platform, has partnered with Im group to supply its customers with greater travel insurance.
Im group is an online travel agency which helps more than 45 million users across 40 countries search and book travel and experiences.
Through the deal, Im group will be able to offer its customers targeted, personalised and transparent protections. The insurance products will boast an improved customer journey and improved insurance experience.
These insurance products will be available in the UK, France, Italy, Spain and Germany, letting travellers protect themselves against flight delays. In the future, the company hopes to release products for risks relating to weather and missed flight connections.

Earlier in the year, the company was selected by Invia Flights Germany to provide customers with personalised insurance products.
