The board of SIA, a company designing and managing tech infrastructures for financial institutions, plans to be listed on Mercato Telematico Azionario.
The board has approved the plans, taking the company one step closer to being listed. The listing is expected to take place some time this summer.
Milan-based is also aiming to position itself as a leader in the digital payments industry.
