Insurance firm FWD Philippines has reportedly agreed to leverage UnderwriteMe’s technology to boost digitalisation.
By making use of the UnderwriteMe solutions, FWD Philippines hopes to accelerate its application process, reduce review times on underwriting decisions and improve the experiences for customers and employees, according to a report from Insurance Business Asia.
This is the latest partnership for UnderwriteMe with insurers across Asia, including with FWD Singapore and Malaysia.
FWD Philippines chief life operations officer Judith Baliton told Insurance Business Asia, “With this new digital solution, FWD’s customers will have fast approval of their applications in a matter of minutes by minimising the back-and-forth between the customers, advisors, and underwriting teams.
“UnderwriteMe’s online experience is seamless and ideal, and its offline decision-making capability is as reliable and can already make initial underwriting decisions at point of sale.”
UnderwriteMe designs insurance software which enables firms to easily quote, underwrite, compare and sell protection insurance from a range of providers all through a single solution.
