Digital fraud prevention company Signifyd is the latest company to offer free tools and services to help companies cope during the coronavirus pandemic.
The RegTech company is offering a bundle of free tools and discounted services which will help retailers get back to operational speed during this time. Companies are facing a “three-pronged battle” to stay in business, Signifyd said. These are a remote workforce with limited equipment and capabilities, complications with protecting identifiable information and spikes in order volumes for certain products, it said.
Signifyd’s COVID-19 Business Continuity Package will give retailers a scalable way of managing orders, which would normally require manual fraud teams to handle. It will also give them access to the Agent Console and Insights Dashboard, which equips them with risk scoring on all transactions and real-time analytics of e-commerce trends and industry performance benchmarks.
Signifyd CEO and co-founder Raj Ramanand said, “Consumer compassion is at the core of every decision we make. We are all finding our way in this unprecedented time. We will all get through this together and we wanted to find a way to make that path easier for retailers.”
By leveraging Signifyd’s services, companies can better protect themselves from fraudulent attacks, it claims.
The RegTech released a new solution earlier this month which is aimed at protecting e-commerce companies from fraud. Its new tool automates online order flows, sorting fraudulent orders from legitimate ones. It also triages abuse chargebacks which arise from customer disputes.
