Cryptocurrency digital wallet NGRAVE has reportedly collected more than €320,000 in funding on crowdfunding platform Indiegogo.
In addition to raising funds, the company has been working with research and development firms and innovation hubs to create nanotechnology solutions, according to an article from Crowdfund Insider.
The company recently launched its GRAPHENE tool, an encrypted and recoverable key backup for cryptocurrency wallets, the article said. The tool removes the need of paper wallets and traditional metal back-ups.
It is described as a cryptographic puzzle made up of two stainless steel plates. If an attack gets hold of one plate, they will not have any information about the actual secret key.
NGRAVE is a portable crypto digital wallet device, which gives holders easy and secure access to their assets. Users can use the device to generate private keys which never leave the device and cannot be stolen.
Earlier this week, Ava Labs, an open-source platform for launching decentralised applications, reportedly raised $12m in a private token sale, which was backed by several venture capital firms.
