Cybersecurity and compliance solution platform Sysnet Global Solutions has acquired NuArx to help support its own market expansion.
The NuArx supplies clients with PCI compliance tools, managed security and digital transformation solutions. Its clients are in the restaurant, convenience, grocery and retail industries.
The Sysnet platform specialises in data security and PCI DSS compliance validation. The Ireland-based company helps acquirers, ISOs, international banks, payment service providers and merchants reduce risk and bolster security.
Sysnet CEO Gabe Moynagh said, “The acquisition of NuArx by Sysnet is part of Sysnet’s growth strategy and helps position Sysnet at the forefront of security and compliance.

This is the latest in a number of acquisitions by Sysnet. The cybersecurity company has acquired the Managed Compliance Solutions (MCS) division of ControlScan and Viking Cloud to bolster its market presence.
Sysnet recently received a significant growth investment from FTV Capital and True Wind Capital to support its rapid growth.
