Digital trusted identity platform Journey.Ai has received a strategic investment from Avaya Holdings.
Based in Colorado, Journey will now join the Avaya DevConnect partner ecosystem and will be available to client businesses looking to interact with customers securely.
Journey leverages multi-modal biometric technologies, including facial and voice authentication, to confirm a customer’s identity with 99.9% accuracy within two seconds, it claims.
Its Zero KnowledgeTM Network gives Avaya OneCloud CCaaS customers the ability to digitally request information from their customers, such as personal identifiable information, payment history and electronic signatures.
Avaya GVP of corporate development David Austin said, “Journey’s innovation in Zero Knowledge, coupled with core Avaya Contact Center offerings address critical components of the customer experience along with the privacy and security requirements faced by contact centres.
“This strategic investment in an ecosystem partner enhances key security capabilities for our global customers and is bringing additional industry-leading innovation into the Avaya OneCloud platform.”
