Data security startup Seclore secures $27m

Data-centric security platform Seclore has reportedly raised $27m in its Series C funding round.

Oquirrh Ventures and Origami Capital supplied the funds to the round, according to a report from VentureBeat.

This funding will help Seclore expand its team and grow its customer base in North America.

The RegTech company offers data centric security and rights management solutions. Its features include email encryption, data-centric audits and analytics, insider threat protection, IP protection, mobile work security and Microsoft 365 data security.

Its technology helps companies meet compliance with GDPR, NIST, RBI, CCPA, SDAIA and many others.

Seclore has 2,000 customers across 29 countries, including Lucite International, Ministry of Economic Affairs Netherlands, Reliance Life Insurance, Bandhan Bank, and many more.

Oquirrh Ventures previously led the $6m funding round of Californian IT and security management solutions provider Syxsense in 2021. The company combines the power of AI with industry expertise to manage and secure endpoints.
