Alloy, a decentralised finance platform for institutional investors, has closed its pre-seed funding round on ?2.6m.
The round was led by Headline, with commitments also coming from Seedcamp, 20VC, Cocoa, Sorare, Guillaume Pousaz Zinal Growth and Anagram Crypto.
Several angel investors also joined the round, including Nicolas Julia, Philippe Teixeira da Mota, JD Montgomery, Declan Kelly and many others.
Capital from the round will help the company hire staff for its tech and product teams.
The platform will be live in Q3 2022, with a select number of family offices and funds throughout Europe and the US.
