Tietoevry teams up with Quadient for customer communication management solutions.

WealthTech company Tietoevry has formed a partnership with Quadient to deliver customer communication management solutions.

Tietoevry said this partnership is part of its response to the market needs and demand for digital-first customer communications.

Quadient develops customer communications management solutions, helping companies provide relevant, personalised connections and customer experiences. Its services are used by 7,5000 organisations and offer 190 billion personalised experiences annually, it claims.

Tietoevry head of digital development and development Mikko Lampinen said, “First-class customer experience capabilities are high on our customers’ digital transformation agenda. With Quadient, we broaden our expertise both in Customer Communications Management solution renewal and implementation projects, all the way from pre-study to user training and solution integrations.”

The WealthTech company builds technology and provides business transformation software to the financial service sector. It serves thousands of enterprises and public-sector companies in over 90 countries.

 It recently teamed up with Italy-based Reno de Medici, which creates recycled cartonboard. The partnership helps Reno de Medici digitise its mills and workflows.
