Technisys teams with Microsoft to help banks improve customer experience

Digital banking Technisys has integrated its platform with Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services to provide financial institutions with the tools for improved customer experience.

Technisys hopes to help firms differentiate and redefine their customer experience within a cloud-native, end-to-end financial services solution. The integration allows scalability for banks with up to 150 million customers.

It claims that many banks are managing legacy systems siloed across internal departments, limiting their ability to offer streamlined customer experience. This integration will supply them with a “strong and well-defined path” to build a complete banking ecosystem.

Technisys CEO Mike Santos said, “Our integration with Microsoft strengthens our commitment to redefining the banking experience for consumers and business owners.

“We are empowering banks to create and deliver novel and tailored financial products, designed to be integral to customer lifestyles. Now, combined with Microsoft Azure’s cloud computing platform, we will enable FIs to embrace a digital transformation more quickly and cost effectively – without disrupting day-to-day business. It’s a compelling and proven value proposition.”

The company was recently acquired by SoFi Technologies in a $1.1bn deal.

A number of FinTech companies have partnered with Microsoft recently. Worldline, a global payments firm, formed a deal with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection to help it curb online fraud.
