Digital insurer iptiQ and Emily Frey Group enter Swiss alliance

iptiQ, Swiss Re’s B2B2C digital insurer has partnered with fellow Swiss company Emil Frey Group.

iptiQ is a digital B2B2C insurer with the goal to make insurance more convenient and accessible to end-consumers through partnerships with other insurers, insurance intermediaries, banks and consumer brands.

The two Swiss companies have launched a digital insurance solution that is integrated into the personal customer consultations for car purchases and services.

According to iptiQ, the partnership combines Emil Frey’s customer-centric focus in the automotive market with iptiQ’s expertise in integrating digital insurance solutions into the value chain of consumer brands.

The newly launched Emil Frey protect solution is fully integrated into Emil Frey’s digital sales and mobility platform and can now be offered to customers in the Swiss market in a simple and flexible manner when purchasing and servicing cars.

Customer are offered a personal one-stop-shop advice in their Emil Frey branch of choice. The resulting insurance offer is issued and confirmed completely digitally.
