Known as one of the most proactive venture funds in global real estate technology, Second Century Ventures boasts over 200 portfolio companies spread across six significant markets worldwide.
The goal of the newly established REACH LATAM is to foster and fast-track companies that have high-growth potential within sectors including real estate, financial services, banking, home services, and insurance industries. This innovative approach serves as a testament to Second Century Venture’s commitment to spearhead real estate technological advancements.
Second Century Ventures primarily invests in and accelerates growth in firms operating within the real estate technology space. With the strategic backing of the National Association of Realtors, the firm has managed to build a robust portfolio of over 200 companies in key markets across the globe. Their overarching mission is to contribute to the ongoing evolution of the real estate sector by nurturing innovative technology.
The details of the REACH LATAM accelerator are indeed compelling. It comprises eight diverse companies that offer a range of solutions in digital marketing, cross-border investing, financial transaction management, mortgage, property services, data and AI modelling, among others.
The participating companies, which include Ambana, Koggi, Kolonus, Alohome, Propmeteus, Kipp Storage, Ai360, and Beleta, are set to bring about remarkable innovation across the Latin American real estate ecosystem.
REACH LATAM is designed to offer its 2023 programme participants a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses education, mentorship, exclusive networking opportunities and substantial exposure in the global real estate marketplace. This comprehensive approach aims to foster the growth and success of participating companies and, consequently, reshape the real estate industry in Latin America and beyond.
The inauguration of the REACH LATAM programme comes as a milestone for Second Century Ventures, marking its expansion into the Latin American market.
