Arthur J. Gallagher & Co has acquired Ace Commercial Insurance Center in a significant move designed to bolster its position in the competitive transportation market.
This strategic expansion underscores Gallagher’s commitment to enhancing its expertise in this vital sector, by securing the California-based InsurTech.
As part of the deal, key personnel including Jackie Hoang and Anhdy Nguyen, along with the entire Ace team, will continue to operate from their existing location. Scott Firestone, the head of Gallagher’s Southwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations, will provide leadership and guidance to ensure a seamless integration.
